The instructions were very much clear enough to understand and there was no issue with the product or in setting up of the product. The product quality is very good and comfortable and really worth for the money.

My only concern was regarding the delivery that eventhough I had provided the proper address door delivery was not done instead I had to travel 50kms to pick the product.

When customers are paying additional delivery charge it would be good if the product is delivered directly to their homes.

Amazing product absolutely stands firm to its name. Value for money!

Got the product delivered in Semi-assembled condition do didn’t have to spend too much time or effort to put the product together.

I don’t review often but this product (& it’s company) definitely deserves one.

1) The chair is just amazing. It looks so sturdy and top notch with great functionalities like tilt adjustment, height adjustment and arm adjustment. It is super comfortable, plus it has a very useful lumbar support as well.

2) On-time delivery. And , the delivery person came directly to my door (which is at 8th floor) to give this big parcel. A special kudos to him!!!

3) The product is already semi-assembled. It just took me 5 seconds to fit the base of the chair to the top.

Overall, a big thumbs-up to Featherlite!!!
